Jacobite tartans are worn during the Union of the Parliaments in 1707. The tartans were worn by people who participated in the Jacobite Rebellion of 1715 and is historically connected to Scottish identity. Scots nationalists. It is often worn by those who do not have a link to clans in order to replace it with the district tartan. Before the Rebellion the death of Queen Anne in 1714 heightened the level of excitement to a point that the leader of the army of the government, John Campbell, 2nd Duke of Argyll believed that 9/10 Scots, Jacobite or not were in support of the overthrow of Queen Anne. Jacobite Rebellion Tartan is suited to any event or occasion. The Tartan is typically made out of Acrylic Wool fabric. It is available in black, gray, and white. It also includes white and brown shades that can bring the tartan to a lighter shade and give it more balanced.
