To be honest, I had braced myself for some disappointment. When it arrived, that disappeared instantly. Excellent work on the scrolls and badge! I highly recommend considering this item if in search of a mace. I put a photo of it on my Band's Facebook page and got instant Likes.
Thank you guys for bringing this master piece to life.

Item arrived very quick and was well packaged. Thank you!! I absolutely love it
I cannot recommend this company high enough! What a FANTASTIC job they did on our mace. The quality was outstanding the price was perfect. My only recommendation is to add a step in the process to alert customers that the order is being processed. I wasn't sure if/when I would get our order until it arrived. However, I was so happy when it did. THANK YOU for doing such a quality job.
Shipping was fast and communicated well. The product is of great quality and feel.
Was very good, very sharp looking
Fantastic, excellent company,highly recommend
Really very happy with quality, delivery time 3 days. Thank you

I love this mace!!! The fact that you can customize it with your own logo and other details was what I enjoy most. My only complaint was that the chains were loosely fit. I prefer them tight.

Excellent quality
The mace was requested without a chain, top collar and chain rings. It was delivered as such., as a plain staff with head and ferrrule, as desired. Good item.
It is perfectly as I expect.
Muy buen vendedor y muy rápido todo. En una semana el pedido en casa. Recomendado 100%.
I haven't received the goods yet.
I want to see the specifications you sent me.
Thank you.
Excellent customer service and super fast shipping (shipped from Pakistan to USA). Questions were answered promptly via email and DHL delivery contacted us regarding delivery once it arrived in the US. Will definitely purchase from Imperial Highland for any future needs.
Easy transaction, and swift delivery. Great workmanship and an excellent quality item. Great service. Thank you
My hubby was happy with it.
Relative fast delivery, packaging was more than oke.
Mace was in good condition, though the chains were very loose fitted and the cover was allready torn/ripped at the velcrow piece.
Very happy with the end result
Fast delivery, good communication. Value for money is absolutely okay. It would be desirable if the case were the size of the Mace. Otherwise everything great. Again any time.
The shipping container was badly broken. But your packing prevented any damage to the Mace. The mace is a reasonably priced alternative to the expensive competition Mace I have been using.
