The hats appear to be well made with no known defects. I did receive one that had dicing, I did not want dicing, beside that, I am extremely happy with my order. Customer service was prompt and responded to quickly to email. I will order from them again.

To be honest, I had braced myself for some disappointment. When it arrived, that disappeared instantly. Excellent work on the scrolls and badge! I highly recommend considering this item if in search of a mace. I put a photo of it on my Band's Facebook page and got instant Likes.
They're a decent product. I missed the fact that they are acrylic, which wouldn't have been my choice. Wool is strongly preferred, looks, and feels better. Because they make the kilts out of wool, I don't know why they don't sell wool full hose socks to go with the kilts.
Good material. Reasonably well stitched. Leather on straps is exceptionally thin, will likely wear out and need replaced within a few years. Packaging was a mess - crammed into the tiniest box and quite wrinkled when arrived. Flashes are excellent. Hose are good.

When I asked about possible customization on the item, I got an immediate response yet when I asked for information on returns, I’ve gotten no response at all. Your website says you offer free returns yet you don’t explain how that is possible. Have reported this website is fraudulent. We’ll make sure everybody knows not to buy from you as your customer service is the worst ever.

The kilt looks great, and the finishing, such as straps and buckles are also of excellent quality. The kilt arrived when promised. I would absolutely by from this company again!
